Office hours are 9 to 5 Monday to Friday
Service operations are between 7.30 and 4pm Monday to Friday
And Saturday 8am to 2pm .

Anything outside of these hours by request.

How long does it take my lounge or carpet to dry out ?
Depending on the process , fibre construction ,fibre types, soil conditions and general weather conditions, as little as 1 hour to 24 hours.

How long should a job take to complete ?
An average 5 seat lounge suite should take between 1.5 and 2.5 hours depending on soil rates and fabric style .
For carpet it depends on set-up ,furnishings, condition and process chosen.

How often should my lounge or carpet be cleaned ?
In a busy environment it is recommended to clean your lounge or carpets from 12 to 18 months.

Vacuuming!
Vacuuming is critical to the life and looks of both your lounge and carpets .The removal of dry soil and grit will greatly increase your carpet's life .Multiple times per week is recommended with a brush actioned vacuum cleaner.
